Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your Safra purchase.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and unused.

Due to the nature of ingestible products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened items.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@safrawellness.com with your order number. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
